About This Project
Project Aawaz is an initiative I led to develop an HR policy manual aimed at enhancing women's hiring in small and medium tech and finance firms. This manual includes comprehensive strategies for Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policies, flexible work arrangements, and differentiated hiring practices. The manual has been adopted by 15 companies across India, positively impacting approximately 15,000 workers. This project is dedicated to fostering safer and more equitable workplace environments for women, facilitating their professional growth and inclusion in the workforce.
